Learn to Deal in Challenges

To really help people in extraordinary ways, learn to dealin challenges. That is what sports is all about, challenges. That is what music is all about. The challenge to play so well someone is inspired. The challenge to say it so well someone gets it. The challengeto be so gifted in language that someone sees it. Insight isunbelievable; only human beings can do this. The man closes his eyes and puts his hands over his eyes andsays, "I see it." You say, "No, you don't, you've got youreyes closed." No. There is more than one way to see. And allsomeone has to do is to see an answer that they can start onimmediately and within six months their life could start tomultiply and change. Within one year, the difference will be extraordinary and aperson who was lost now becomes a person of influence. Justbecause someone helped them to see, for the moment, what waswrong and the possibility to change it. And then thechallenge to go do it and do it well. Now here is the best challenge of all, "Let's go do it."Don't always say, "You go do it, you change", but rather,"Let's get healthy, let's go change the world, let's buildan enterprise, let's work on this together." See I alwaysrespond better to, "Let's". Sometimes it is hard to lift yourself out. It's hard to beself inspired at first, and if someone says, "Come on let'sstart a new program", "Come on let's do exercises", "Come onlet's get healthy", "Come on let's start something. I'll be there you be there and you bring a guest and I'llbring a guest, let's start something." That is so inspiringto have somebody say, "Let's, Let's do it. Let's build ateam. Let's win the championship. Let's walk off with thetrophy." "Let's" - Wow, there is something about that that can keepyou awake at nights. There is something about that thatturns on the juices. There is something about that thatreaches deep in the soul. For a person that could do extraordinary things whensomebody says, "Let's, Let's do it". I've got two with mealready if you'll be the next one we can conquer the world."You say, "Whoa. Together nobody is a match for us." Byyourself you're vulnerable; but with us, nobody is a match. You say, "Wow! I want to belong tothat team." So figure out ways to say, "Let's."

To Your Success,
Jim Rohn

Search Engines

Search engines create their listings automatically; they crawl the web, gathering information about sites and pages and compile this in their databases. People, you and me, can then search through what they have found and hopefully find what we are looking for.

Today’s search engines come in two types.

Directory-based engines, like Yahoo, are still built manually. “What that means,” Giles says, “is that you decide what your directory categories are going to be” — Business, and Health, and Entertainment — “and then you put a person in charge of each category, and that person builds up an index of relevant links. This used to be the function of librarians, right?” Changing your web pages has no effect on your listing. The elements that are useful for improving a listing with a search engine have nothing to do with improving a listing in a directory. The only exception is that a good site, with good content, might be more likely to get reviewed for free than a poor site.

Crawler-based engines, like Google, employ a software program — called a crawler — that goes out and follows links, grabs the relevant information, and brings it back to build your index . If you change your web pages, crawler-based search engines eventually find these changes, and that can affect your listings. Page titles, body copy, links and other elements all play a role.

As information grows deeper, crawler-based engines become more and more popular. But automatic engines have their limitations, too. For one thing, most current crawlers are unable to recognize “spam,” which in this context means unreliable information. An even more basic problem, however, is that crawlers, by their nature, depend on the links between sites to get from one place to another. Sometimes, links don’t exist, and if links don’t exist, sites that might be relevant don’t get found.

corniest dialogues from Bollywood

Kuttay, Kammenay mai tumhe jaan se maar doonga
Mai tumhara ehsaan zindagi bhar nahin bhuloonga
Itnay paisay tum kahan se laaye?
Main tumharay bina mar jaa-oongi
Bacchhhaaaaaooooo.....
Yeh anyay hai bhagwan
Bataoo, heeray kahan hai
Tum mere liye mar chuke ho.
Police mere peechay lagi hui hai
Mai tumharay bachhe ki maa ban-nay waali hoon.

canteen ki yaadein.....

yaadein canteen ki bahut sari hai
kyunki college ki aadhi zindagi wahin gujari hai
lectures attend karne se pehle canteen jana jarori hai
kyunki bachpan se hi saare dost paet pujari hai
kisi ko nahi pata hota tha ki bill chukane ki kisi bari hai
par sabko darr hota tha ki kahin meri hi to nahi katne ki baari hai
gaane sunna , gossip karna , faltu ki batein karna fitrat hamari hai
hum aakele nahi hamare sabhi doston ko bhi yehi bimaari hai
Ek samosa aate hi sabhi ka uspar hi jhapatna aadat hai
kyunki aakela koi pura samosa kha jaye yeh toheen hamari hai
kisi bhi fatchi ko dekh kar uss par line marna koshish hamari hai
fir ussi topic ko lekar batein karte karte jaghadna majboori hamari hai
yeh dekh kar uss ladki ka akadna aur itrana aada ladkiyon ki purani hai
sabke koshish marne par bhi uska kisi aur se pat jana badnaseebhi hamari hai
aise hi hassi khushi mein kat gayi college ki duniya saari hai
fir bhi in yadoon ko yaad karke honto par hansi hamari hai......

The new gadget in town

Apple Inc.'s iPhone is the latest of gadget introduced today in US and might hit INDIA by 2008. The iPhone is a multimedia and Internet-enabled mobile phone by Apple. The iPhone's functions include those of a camers phone, a multimedia player, mobile phone, and Internet services like e-mail, text messaging, web browser, Visual Voicemail and wireless connectivity. iPhone input is accomplished via touchscreen with virtual keyboard and buttons.

Apple has a history of being cutting-edge: it invented the PC as we know it today, and back in 1983 it was the first organization to introduce a personal computer that used the graphical user interface. The company went on to introduce the Mac in 1984, the Power Book 100 in 1991, and of course the iPod in 2001. Its latest device continues this tradition of innovation.

While smart phones that allow consumers to listen to music, surf the Net and make phone calls already exist, Apple's new venture aims to take the concept of user friendliness to levels that no other phone has achieved, by coupling a revolutionary multi-touch user interface with the convenience of consolidation

Now the big question .. how much it will cost ? so the answer is its around 400 to 500 US dollars and the price estimated for indian markets is Rs 24000 ( that depends on the introduction of iPhone in INDIA next year )
